We provide various insulation products which are specifically designed to meet the high demands of a Rainscreen Cladding System. These systems usually involve the insulation being fixed to the external face of a masonry wall or installed to the external side of a light weight frame which is usually called a Curtain Wall System.

Consists of 3 layers:

  • Top sheet
  • The insulation
  • Liner panel

Various styles are available including those for internal partitioning, micro rib and mini rib panels.

These are available in a variety of colours and finishes although there is a standard colour range which if used helps to avoid extra costs for specific colours. As standard composite panelling is a sandwich made with plastisol coated steel on the roof that has a leather grain pattern.

Different finishes are available as well as a host of colours. The various thicknesses of panels provide different solutions i.e. 100mm thick panels can be used in a structural capacity or 40mm panels can be used in an aesthetic role whilst increasing the thermal efficiency of block work upon an existing building.

Can also incorporate GRP rooflights in the system to allow natural light in to the building.

Twin skin is a built up system which may be a cheaper alternative to purchasing expensive composite panels. Built up systems can have insulation up to 400mm.

You can even incorporate GRP rooflights into the roof to allow natural daylight into the building.

The double skin insulated roofing system is used in a wide range of buildings from large industrial and agricultural buildings to small domestic buildings.

Whether you have an asbestos roof or an old metal roof over cladding is the most cost effective procedure compared against other cladding systems, it minimises any disruption inside the building which allows businesses to carry out their day to day business as normal.
